Hi I just wanted to know in case of adjudication whether the stamp duty deficit is calculated on the basis of Assets owned

Quarry is not clear, however stamp duty will be calculated on the valuation of the suit claim.

your question is not clear. if you have paid deficit court fee in the suit you will have to pay before adjudication.

Most importantly I guess we are all getting confused between Stamp Duty and Court Fee. The querist says stamp duty (and assets) but some answers are about court fee.
