Anticipatory bail

(Querist) 14 September 2014 This query is : Resolved 
my question is can anticipatory bail application be filed in session court after it being rejected firstly by session court and then by high court on basis of some new circumstances and on certain eminent changes like the person had not actually committed the crime and on ground that his innocence can be proved on basis of sufficient evidence.
please do reply fast..its kind of urgent
