Are you staying in matrimonial even now?

If yes then you can inform the Police if they are not coming back home.

The grievance is not with you. It is with your husband and in-laws as they have left their own house. Your husband filed divorce petition on the grounds of cruelty and you have filed DV case. That means both are head-on. Why do you worry at this stage about their not coming back. It is for them either to live in that house or not. Have introspection about the reasons for filing divorce petition on the grounds of cruelty and if you so wish to live with them, you can have some reconciliation by roping-in your parents and well wishers of both sides. How do you expect that they will have to be subjected to the cruelty by living with you?

Instead of filing THEFT CASE against you, your MIL is good enough to leave the house for you .SO THAT YOU CAN ENJOY THE ENTIRE HOUSE OF YOUR HUS & IN LAWS!!
SHE removed one element of YOUR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE complaint.. .

LAW has no feelings or sentiments

Love- feelings and sentiments cannot be enforce by LAW.

LOVE WINS NOT LAW..

TRY IT to be happy.
Law can never give happiness to anyone:
Win or loose in court is immaterial..
Better loss the court case, & WIN life.

Expert Mr. Devajyoti Barman's latest reply to this query seems to be more meaningful. The author should not worry, infact it is those people who fled the scene has to worry.
