Dear Sir,

At the time of emergency like Toilet or Latrine if any person Entered into restricted area like Railway Union Office for Toilet.

1) Can it is offence in the Eyes of Law.
2) How Much Penalty occurs if he Entered in restriction area for Toilet & Latrine.
