Sir, 3 years ago i had habit of doing missed calls on known friend's mobiles. Once a brother of my friend got irritated and did a police camplaint giving my number there. But no action was taken by police till now neither any call came on my mobile regarding this. Will there be any problem in police verification for govt. Job ??? Plz i am waiting for reply

@Sankar Sir till now not selected but most likely will be selected by end of this year. Are u sure this is not included in criminal case?

Sir, i am not sure whether it was an FIR or simple complaint most probably it should be latter, but want to know (1) Is it possible if FIR was registered and no action is taken till now?? If that were FIR then at least call would have come to me. (2)And for one moment, if we consider it was an FIR but no procecution or trial was begun ,in this case what will happen plz clerify???

If there was a FIR registered, you certainly would have been summoned by the police for inquiry, since no such thing happened, it can be assumed that there is no pending case against you. The police would have ignored the matter by making an endorsement on the received complaint as 'not traceable'. So dont worry about police verification in this aspect.
