Library as a service provider

I want to sue a reading library registered under bombay charitable trust act. its a reading library and makes false promise, over takes students admission which makes entire library concept a hell. Students go there to study in peaceful environment but reverse is happening, management policy is arbitrary and many other things. can i take them to consumer court?

Why not? You are LLM, yourself, and can decide better whether to sue or not depending upon sufficient proof of deficiency of any paid service to you on their part.
