498a charge framing

i have a 498 a filed in delhi courts and i live in mumbai.

its been 6 yrs the charges not yet framed , finally it is slated to be framed on 12 th may. i booked train tickets 1 month in advance and have no confirmation of ticket, even on rajdhani 2nd ac. where i had high chance of getting confirmed ticket. but still waiting list.

will i get a NBW if i dont get confirmation of seat and do not appear on the aforesaid date.

what is the possibility and solution.

pls help.

Absence in one date does not elad to issuance of warrant. if you can not reach then ask your lawyer to adjourn the date and fix another date.

Barman ji , i got reservation done 1 month in advance in anticipation that it will be confirmed. i have no money or resource to take an expensive flight ticket and appear. what can be done. pls guide.

Ask for anther date for framing of charge. you need not go, your lawyer can make such prayer.

THERE MAY BE OTHER ACCUSED ALSO ,CONFIRM.

SHOW COMPLAINT , WILL SHOW YOU SIMPLE WAYS FOR SOLUTION.

CAN VISIT NEAR BY COURTS WHERE WE HAVE TACKLED SIMILAR PROBLEM IN WHICH THERE ARE TEN ACCUSED AND CASE IS GOING ON AND ON WITHOUT FRAMING CHARGES.

my mother is accused no.2 and my sister is accused no.3 , they reside in noida , near delhi.

they have distanced themselves from me because of this case and have their own counsel , who has not left no stone unturned to put allegations on me that the 498A is in collusion with me and the prosecutrix.

they have also disowned me to get AB and it was only when i got arrested in 2008. (thanks to the mother for providing delhi police about my whereabouts) that they got their AB.

how can i show the complaint here.

Since you are on bail, try your level best to reach court, otherwise also yours is quite an old case, the court may not be much lenient towards you.

However, keep your lawyer well informed about the circumstances in order to make an alternative arrangement.
