I just got anticipatory bail from highcourt for surety bail of 5k.
Next what I should do ? go to lower court to get the bail? how much amount
I should pay.

Yes, go to lower court and get regular bail on surrender.

No but surety may charge his professional fees for standing as surety.

Why are you trying to avoid the advocate who got you the anticipatory bail.Even that AB Order you can not get with out him.For all this formalities you could seek his advice.First pay him for the job done by him

Learned Experts should not mistake me THERE IS NO SUCH PROFESSIONAL FEES FOR SURETY THOUGH IT IS HAPPENING.Surety should be a person who is knowing the accused and who gives surety out of his own will after understanding the consequences if the accused absconds after obtaining bail only the surety would be responsible.So hired surety if court identifies they would be punished and not to encourage or discuss such activities in open column

It does happens.To avoid fees for services rendered, people come here adopting by pass route.
You need copy of bail order first.Then visit in lower court.Furnish bail bonds as per direction of the bail order. Sureties are normally two,who in your case should be owning assets worth five k or you can deposit 5k in bank as FD and receipt in court.Each of the accused would have to furnish separate surety or deposit.

I am asking this because he first told me the amount..15k for 5 people..he was a man of my trust and I paid before file the case. Now he is telling bond money should pay in court. I am confirming this if he is cheating me now. Because I gave it to him

there is no such way to bypass fees..actually its opposite case..where he is cheating me..by telling me we need to submit bond amount to get bail..thats why I am asking here..

SO you have hired a tout to arrange the surety which is an offence before court.Recently many were arrested for filing fake bonds as surety.It is obvious now that you do not have any genuine person to be your surety.I prefer you discuss this matter regarding amount to be paid to the tout etc with the Magistrate who had granted the bail along with the Tout and could have a bargain in his presence

I think so ..I am not a professional..I just use internet to gather knowledge..I found a good point in this discussion that if I show FD of 5k for each people..this is fine..then I dont need any others??

he did't explain it to me..that I should arrange my frinds who can sign in surity bond..he just spoke about money..to submit on court..otherwise there is many friend of me who can give this..but actually this type of lawyer only can make us fool..

If you can rely on the advocate who got AB for you, you should continue to avail his services, as he would already have understood the case, while a new lawyer would need the whole feedback afresh from you.

In whole of WB Sureties are professional persons only who charges his fees for standing as surety which range from 10% to 50% of Bail Bond.
Even in Kerala such professionals are available.
