Marriage with a girl who has not divorced yet

Hi,

I want to know, there is any legal risk if gets married with a women who is over 25 years of age but she has not divorced from her previous marriage.

Please suggest me in this matter.

such a marriage would be ill legal . she cannot marry you during subsistence of her earlier marriage
