Your PF is your money...it does not belong to anyone else.

May visit the PF office with PF Acc no. for withdrawal.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 15 February 2014
The facility of pension is not available to a subscriber quitting the service before 10 years.

PF account is like a bank account. You can withdraw it at any point of time.

If you have worked for less than 9Y6M you can.

If you have worked for more than 9Y6M you can’t.

Instead you shall get pension certificate from EPFO.

Mr.Rajkumar and Mr.Kumar had given opinion on the eligibility of getting pension benefits.

I have given my opinion confining to withdrawal of the PF amount.
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 16 February 2014
the views of Mr Kumar Doab are correct as far as EPS money is concerned.

remaining amount in EPF can be withdrawn. EPF accumulations now withdrawn carry interest till eternity (better than Govt servant) but such money is prone of to be defrauded.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 16 February 2014
Agree with the experts. PF can be withdrawn.
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate Online (Expert) 18 February 2014
I agree with the experts' opinion on the subject.
