My right on grand father property

sir,
i live in hyderabad india.
my grand father purchase a house on his name in 1938 by sale deed registered at sro. my grand father and grand mother expires in 1987.they did not write a will deed.my grand father had only one son that was my father.my father did not registered that house on his name as no will deed,but he changed property tax on his name and lived whole life in that house.my father and mother expired in 2001.
my father before he expired he gave me will deed registered at sro, that the house will equal divided in me and two brothers only.
my five brothers and two sister fighting case in city civil court.no body has any kind of will deed.if i submit my will deed what will be possible results.please answer me.

Since it is a ancestral property, your other siblings have equal rights in it.

apply for probate of will . probate is judicial proof that will is genuine . as per will property is to be divided among you and other 2 brothers .

it would not be ancestral property . it was your garnd father selff acquired property . your father was only son .

Being ancestral property all legal heirs have equal right in the property.

Will has no force of legally the co sharers have share in it.
Here by Will the share of your brother and sister can not eb taken away.
