Initial name change

Dear All,

My name is venugopal, My brother got some Initial name problem in SSC marks memo as our initial name is V (VADLA) but unfortunately my brother got initial as B(10 years back). As we don't know what to do, my brother wants to apply passport for that he needs SSC marks memo but in that memo name contains initial as B. please suggest us what to do in this particular situation.

actual name is V NAGARAJU
memo name is(as per memo is) B NAGARAJU

what is name in birth certificate ?

after 10 years school board wont make any changes . you will need court order

Contact the concerned authority which issued the SSC certificate and get the formalities for the required change.

Dear you take notary affidavit on your correct surname, apply your ssc board for your correct surname. the ssc board authorities will change the surname.
