Respect all,
Few ladies gave statement in police station to prove the fir false but the vigilance dept hide their statement to protect the I.o of the case.
These ladies ate afraid of the complainant n police and are scared to cm to court.
Is there any other means through which there statement can given in court via video confrencing or judicial representatives cming to them etc.
This is critical.

Statement is to be given before the magistrate. Can prey court for their safety and security in case of need.

If the safety and security is under danger or the accused persons are found forcing the witnesses, their bail can be got cancelled.

Should I approach media?
Bcoz senior police officials in headquarter are also protecting the i.o and ignoring vital witnesses and hiding their statements
They want to make me a criminal.
All ladies who can proof i.o investigation biased and false are afraid to cm to court.
This is the motive of police that ladies should not reach court else entire vigilance and local police station reputation will be at stake.
They want me to compromise the case out of court so that I.o can be safe.
What is the solution?

I am wondering whether you have appointed any lawyer or not?
I am advising you on the basis of what you have narrated in your story it is still missing some facts. However, It is advisable that all ladies witness should give statement in writing and those statement should duly attested by the oath commissioner and same shall be produce before the court along with application stating all the facts including danger of producing witness before the court and court certainly shall make arrangement for examine the witness.

All statements are in writing.but vigilance didn't reported it to Jt commissioner.
My lawyer is also not too active. He wants us to sit silently and said that this will take time. By that time cops will destroy all statements.
Feel that legal counsel should be changed.
