My husband forcefully get divorce on mutual consent from me by giving mental pressure on me. He deliberately send me to my parents home. he usually gave suicidal threats to his parents. that is why i agreed to come back to my parents home for some time, I don't know what was the reason.After sending me , he and his parents sold out house property without telling us and they carried away all my stuff and jewellery. I did not carry my jewellery at the time of leaving home because I never thought about divorce. Now by giving pressure he got divorce. As after that kind of cheating I don't want to remarry. Can I get any kind of share from my ex husband's property. Is there any law please suggest.i am talking about inherited propery

You can claim permanent alimony and maintenance and also your Stridhan both as per Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act and also as per Hindu Marriage Acts either in the form of lump sum or periodical payments by filing a SUIT for Maintenance and stridhan etc in s Family court Please press the Thank You button on my profile.

You cannot get the share in the ancestral property of your ex. husband and even cannot get any share out of his personal properties. You can only get permanent alimony or maintenance with your Istridhan.

When was your case decreed?
Once mutual divorce is granted with all claims settled including stridhan and alimony (present and future)petition for share in ex-hubby's property is not maintainable.

If it is really true file application to reopen the case and to set aside the decree granted.
You further state that "and they carried away all my stuff and jewellery. I did not carry my jewellery at the time of leaving home because I never thought about divorce."
In my view 'your stuff and jewellery ' is your 'istridhan' which you can still claim.
However you have no claim in his properties at all.
BUT YOU DO HAVE RIGHT TO MAINTENANCE TILL YOU DO NOT MARRY.

This is pretty good list, but the prices are sort of high and I've had problems getting my fans from some of these sites. I've tried buyfriendlyfans.com and they seem the most reliable to me. They got guaranteed very targeted facebook fans which target country AND keyword or industry. This is the only site I've found these type of fans.
