sir,
My marriage was solemnized at Uttrakhand and my stridhan articles gave to my husband and in-laws partly at uttrakhand (marriage) and partly at Delhi (Thaka/Godbharai).
My query:-
Under which court of jurisdiction, I filled petition u/s 406 IPC?
Please guide me.

Because you gave it at u.k. So file it at uttarakhand .

sir,
On 12.09.13, my in laws came to Delhi to attend the proceeding u/s 125 crpc, I persuaded them to return the articles but they refused to return my stridhan articles.
Earlier, I also many times demanded my articles from them but they flatly refused to do so.
Please guide me, How I get my stridhan back and should I filed complaint in delhi?
