per-se priest is not workman.
You future depends upon the wording of the trust deeds on the procedure of change of priest.

All depends upon the trust deed. Contact local lawyer for stay.

See the trust deed and find out how the decisions are made in managing committee meetings. If majority decision prevails and there is quorum, if only one member is against you, nothing will happen unless that member is very influential and get all the other members follow his path. Any how a person cannot be removed from his services, even though he is not a workman, at the whims and fancies of any individual and if any allegation is there against you that has to be proved after giving you a fair opportunity. On these grounds, try to take stay from civil court.
