Hello Dear Advocates

I am pursuing the Law in LLB-IIIrd year.
Can i paste Advocates Symbol/ Logo on my motorbike?

Plz Explain the legality/ provision/ rule if any.

u can paste the logo, no problem any way u r on the way for advocacy, c that u get cleared with ur course n subjects. All the best for ur examinations.

joyce is wrong. U cannot paste the advocate logo on your bike. It is exclusively for an advocates, still you have to complete law degree and will have to enroll your name to the state bar council.

Mr. Rajeev Actually m Company Secretary and working somewhere. Simultaneously m doing LLB in 3rd yr.

I will not regi. on bar council. Without d regi. on Bar council on the basis of degree shall i do so?
if yes, can i now or after complition of degree..

No, you cannot paste Advocates Symbol/ Logo on your vehicle, ony enrolled member of bar council of the state can do it, even if you are a company secretary or completed law degree

No, you can not use Advocates Symbol/ Logo, it is only for advocates who are enrolled under THE ADVOCATES ACT,1961.

No means no. Once u quarry has been satisfied in negative why to try ways? You have asked whether it is legal and except one all experts replied no then there is no occasion for you raise this quarry unnecessarily.
