A. bail from high court or regular bail from lower court

(Querist) 14 September 2013 This query is : Resolved
Dear sir,

can you please give your veiw that Session court has rejected AB without any ground after 11 month from the date of petition. other members in my family already granted bail. in 498a

Case status : final charge sheet is also filed by IO for all the accused including husbnad but session court did not mention anythings about the final charge sheet in order for rejecting my bail. The session court only taken reference of oral statement of wife and her loved ones.

My query : can it will be proper to approach before high court of patana for taking anticipatory bail or approach before lower court to grant regular bail because investigation is laready completed and final chargesheet is also filed by IO for all the accused including me.

some one is suggesting me to file petition for regular bail before lower court because anticipatory bail is required during the course of investigations and investigations is alredy completed then, anticipatory bail from high court is not required. if lower will reject the regular bail then approach before the high court

kindly suggest what to do ? can it will be proper to approach before lower court for regular bail or to approach before the high court for anticipatory bail ?

approach lower court for regular bail . going to high court would be an expensive proposition .
