Hi Sir

wife put false 498A case and DV case for the past 2 years case is running.

What to do neither she want to rejoin nor divorce.

No Freedom after Marriage.. You are tied up.

Cut all communication with her out of court.
In court too, dont look at her
or contact her.
You see she will fall on track soon.
Behave as though you are least affected by her cases and her presence.

hello respected experts thanks for yours valuable advise but the problem is in FIR she mentioned i want to give her divorce but in counselling she refuted to rejoin.

my lawyer is saying if i filed for divorce my case will be diluted.

please suggest me
