Mrs.B is greedy and selfish women and want part of share of property of Mr.A and that why she do not want to go out of the flat and stay with her husband in the rented flat. She contents to the police station that she has been residing for more than 6 yrs from the date of marriage at her father in law flat and so she has a right to live in father in law flat as the flat is matrimonal home of her.

Request to Ld. Advocates to tell me how to evict her from father in law flat as she is not staying as well as nor going with her husband and forcefully staying in Mr. A flat even after filing a complaint by Mr.A to the local police station.

if flat is ownned by Mr A then daughter in law has no rights on said flat . she should go and stay with her husband . if Mr A is senior citizen he should move the Tribunal for necessary reliefs . obtain orders directing Mrs B to vacate the said flat

Dear Sam
If Mrs. B's husband is living sapratly from his parents, then the parents/father can file a civil suit against her for eviction before civil court.

Dear Ajay Sethi Sir/Nadeem Sir,

What time would it take to get order from civil court? How much time? What would be the cost to file in civil court? Matter is at thane jurisdiction? Do let me know?

Mr.A have also made a written complaint to the local police station that she is not going to her husband place and is forcibily staying with senior citizens (i.e., FIL & MIL). Mr.C tried to forcibly remove her from his parents home, but the brother and sisters of Mrs.B tries to retialite by fighting with Mr. C.

Now local police station are not entertaining the case, as they are telling senior citizen Mr.A that it is an internal family matter and they should decide the case internally or else they should go to family court to seek relief.

What to do? please help

File civil suit for eviction.
Time may be 1-3 years for decision, lawyers fee is negotiable.
