Actualy I want to clearify that a colloboration agreement between farmers and a builder on the stamp paper of the back date and which have no entry in any stamp vendor's register. Is this document is valid or not ?

When the Stamp paper has not been entered in the Register of any Stamp vender, how it can be proved to be of back date.
A stamp paper not entered in the register of a stamp vender is not a valid stamp paper.
