Sar name change process.

Hi,
i am aman , mai ek ldki se pyar karta hu aur sadi karna chahta hu islie uska sir name change karna hi but ye sadi k phle possible hi kya? please tell me process, both are gov. employee.

shaadi tau ho jaane do jaanab . aapki shaadi ke baad aap ki biwi ka name change hoga . marriage registered karna . registration certificate ki buniyaad pe aap har jagah name change kar lena apni biwi ka .
