Probation/mutation

Respected sir,
My father expired in 1986 and left a registered wil.
Kindly suggest me whweather we should go for Mutaion or probate the registered Will. As far as my knowledge is concerned that in Delhi probating One more question that if the daughter have got married before 1956, as per HSA 1925, they will get their share 1/3 of the son share or Rs.5000/- which ever is less.
Kinldly reply my said quiery.

We have no concern with the personalities while replying the queries.

Your father died during the year 1986 so the succession law of 1986 shall prevail and it shall have no effect whether your sister was married prior or after 1956. HSA 1925 has no application in the given case.
