how to quash the case

I have been charge sheeted under IPC 385,292,354,507..
The case is of 2009. the police has filed a charge sheet in 2012.
I want to know is there any provision of out of court settlement.
And if not so then what are the other options.?what should be done to settle the case. I have to appear before court on 1 July 2013. I also want to know should we approach the opponent party for settling the case? How to get the opponent parts address or contact ..?and what other options I have.. should we wait n see whether the opponent party appears before the case or not. And then approach them or should we approach them right now?

you have not mentioned what are the facts of the case . you must have engaged a lawyer . on next date let him talk to the ooposite parties regarding settlement .

Without consent of the complainant, the case can not be compromised.

There is NO provision for out of court settlement.All would and should go in court
but before that mutual negotiations must be
complete.
