hello guests ,

i know we can not file review in cpc if appeal already filed or after appreal no review.. pls help is there any other law which barred filing appeal after revision or vica-versa/?

I do not consider your query worth academical.

It is simply fantasy you are in.

What you know already is correct.

What you want to know is incorrect as there
is nothing like that.

Appeals and revisions are interchangeable by courts in case they are found filed under misconception of what remedy was really available under law.Hence if you add this aspect in store of your mind,your fantasy would get washed.
