Opponent changing suit title from r.a.e to r.a.e & r

This query is : Resolved
The plaintiff (owner) had filed a case for evac and mentioned of some past unsettled rent(which owner was denying to take), And in original plaint title was R.A.E
But while giving rejoinder to the Defendant's W.S, plaintiff mentioned title as R.A.E & R.
Can I(Defendant) raise a concern application for this purposeful confusing behavior by plaintiff?

And you can imagine how puzzled a layman would be on that :)
In title of plaint it was written:
- R.A.E. SUIT NO. _ of year _, to which the defendant replied by his W.S.
To which plaintiff replied back through a rejoinder, but in rejoinder plaintiff mentioned:
- R.A.E. & R SUIT NO. _ of year _
So my query is what is the difference in this two and shall i be concerned with this legal wordings?

You should not get puzzled if " R.A.E SUIT NO. _ of year _," is subsequently being referred as "- R.A.E. & R SUIT NO. _ of year _"
It should not be a cause of worry as it has nothing to do with merit of the case.
We here do not categorize suit that way.We write o.s. no.---of year------.
What he has done is a meaningless exercise.

It is true that if the aforesaid words are mentioned just in the headnote of the plaint and rejoinder then the same shall not affect the merit of the case yet it is a thing to be known.
