Getting cell tower information

How to get mobile service providers to release mobile cell tower details with a court order?

498a trial has just started. There is a false incident near her place to bring in jurisdiction. Evidence is still a long way away.

Can I use CrPC 91 to direct service provider to supply evidence to court now itself?

If Court provides order to any person to produce its record during a process of court, such person is bound to obey such direction but you have to see that this is not the proper stage to get such evidence called on file as court shall not allow it but try for it.

make an application to court . if court after hearing passes an order in your favour then service provider would be bound to ssupply details
