i want to make record for some talent and there is existing record for the same as i want to see video clip of the existing record they are not giving is it possible to get the information by applying rti right to information.....

If you just require RTI application information then it is available on site www.rtiindia.com but if you are in search of records of a particular department then you shall have to search it online.
