Is meritial settlement agreement is valid in HMA 1955. If yes, then please tell me some important points of agreement.
If no, then please let me know some other law or agreement before I can go for file petition for divorce in court.
My wife is not leaving with me from last 4 months and in out of court settlement, she is asking for written acceptance of conditions of each other in the presence of NGO before coming with me. Is it fruitful, such type of agreement for future reference in court at the time of divorce.

Yes,his regalement is valid evidence of your disputed and disturbed married life to prove stain relationship for filing divorce petition.
But content of Agreement is not binding upon you, if it is against the Law.

If by marital agreement you mean to say pre nupital agreement then the same is not enforceable upon either of the parties.
However during the divorce on mutual consent you can agree on diverse kinds og terms and conditions provided the same is lawful.

A prenuptial agreement, antenuptial agreement, or premarital agreement, commonly abbreviated to prenup or prenupt, is a contract entered into prior to marriage or civil union by the people intending to marry.
In India however there is no such thing as pre-nuptial agreement.

among hindus marriage is a sacrement not a contract . a pre nuptial is a contract entered into parties providing for division of assets in event of divorce . it is not enforceable in india
