hello everyone i withdraw my case in 2006 and i lost the copy of my all document regarding the case.
So please tel me how to get copy of my case even i don't remember my case no what is the legal way to get it.the case was in new delhi and i am in maharashtra.

contact the lawyer who fought your case . he may have kept a copy or pay him the charges to obtain case papers from the court

i dont want to contact that lawyer because he is the one who cheated me and give my all evidence to my wife.

It shall be good for you to remmber either of the hearing date of that case with name of the court so that the dates may be clubbed and your desired documents may be obtained from copying branch by any lawyer of you himself.

Shroff has done a lot of effort to trace out the lost record but querist has no care for him.
