No documents except marriage certificate needs to be attached.
Everything regarding terms of divorce should be mentioned in the petition for divorce.

file ceritified copies of orders of 125 and DV cases.

I have been told that certified copy of first motion and order of 125 is required.But some of the lawyers suggest otherwise.So what is the real picture?

Why are you getting opinion of plenty of lawyers on this simple issue and why are you disbelieving the lawyer dealing with your case. He is the fittest person to reply your query as only he knows which documents have been attached by him and which he deems fit in the circumstances of the case.
