Whether counter affidavit will be taken on record?

Sir,
I have filed the SLP( Civil) before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and the matter was admitted and issued notices to the respondent..The respondent has filed the counter affidavit
The senior counsel of the respondent has sought permission to file counter affidavit and the court declined but they file it..The declination order was not place on record

Kindly inform whether counter affidavit will be taken on record as there was no court direction to file counter affidavit but the "office report" shows that counter affidavit is being circulated here in
