dear Barman,

i could not locate the query earlier.

mine is not an academic query,as I am not an advocate.

I am facing an appeal at stateforum and expect the case to go further,as the op is very strong/powerful and as such,the query as a part of advance preparation.

so I request you and other experts to guide.
