Locus standi

Do devotees of a temple have locus standi to challenge, in Court, the decision of the Managing Committee (comprising of priests only) to lease out land belonging to the temple.

FALLACIOUS INDEED ARE A FEW REPLIES. IF IT IS A PUBLIC TEMPLE THEN PUBLIC ARE BENEFICIARIES
AND CAN CHALLENGE DECISIONS OF TRUSTEE BY FILING A SUIT UNDER SECTION 92 C.P.C BEFORE DISTRICT JUDGE WITH PERMISSION TO SUE.
