I'm Ashish Kundu from Rohtak (Haryana). I'm looking for a Judgement of Punjab & Haryana High Court, Chandigarh reported in 1996(1) RSJ 861 (DB) for my Casee but i'm not able to found it.

Plz, anyone help me about this.

The Judgement is related to the Departmental Proceedings/ Inquiry for Suspended Govt. Employee when the Court is Acquitted in the Criminal Case that Employee.
