Very Good to all of you.
My great grandfather left a property for my grandfather and he left for his 4 son and a daughter. Now property has to divide in 4 equal parts. All 4 son already dead.family of other three son are ready for division but 4th son's family refusing it.
Property have been register under property law in the year 1974. but they are referring papers of 1862.
If we sue them can we get success.

Indeed when any co sharer/joint owner does not agree for amicable partition a law suit is the open course.

Hello sir, we have property under the title of my grand grand father, he had 4 son my grand father &
Others (all already dead), their legal heirs are about to divide the property but one lady has objections over it. She says her husband's grandmother (nani) also has share, although NANI had gone to pakistan at the time of partition. We have registry under the name of my grand grand father, LADY gone to pakistan and brought some papers of 1925, WE ALSO HAVE PAPERS OF 1925 where no such things are mentioned. Infact my all grand fathers gave share of their sister and got registered NOC.
Kindly suggest if lady has legal share of her grand grand mother in law(NANI SAAS)?
