Succession certificate

Whether an equity share of a company is a movable or immovable property?how a legal heir can obtain his original testator's private company's equity share?What are the documents he has to produce to claim this equity shares from that company? please reply as early as it is very urgent

If he is sole legal heir, nothing much is required except succession certificate.

If there are more than one legal heir, he requires relinquishment deed from other heirs.
