WHAT IS THE USE OF AFFIDAVIT AND ITS CRIMINAL IMPLICATIONS IN CASE I HAPPEN TO BE A PERSON WHOSE NAME IS MENTIONED IN REPLY TO THE NOTICE OF WIFES DIVORCE PETITION.WHAT IF LATER WIFE FILES CRIMINAL CASE.IN THAT SITUATION IS THERE ANYTHING THAT I ALLOWED MY NAME IN REPLY TO W.S...
PLS EXPLAIN WHETHER AFFIDAVIT IS EVIDENCE.

someother expert will solve it as great ld ex rk nanda has shown his unwillingness to be part of this thread but still joined it for reasons best known to him.i want answer of this query as i dont know evidentiary value of affidavit.

Dear Atul,
This Expert side is for solving your personal Legal problems to deserving querist, who cannot afford Legal expenses, and or need it badly for their own complicated legal difficulties.
You can ask these type of Query in FORUM side of LCI.

All Leading Expert with majority decided not to reply Academic Queries, who just want to know Law, or students who seek easy solutions to submit in college etc.
This is not a teaching institution or College , that any expert will go on reply all such query, that may count to crores, without benefitting directly and immediately to any person.
One do not loose any substantial thing, by not getting reply, but to reply you, so many experts will have to devote their time , which can be better utilised to solve a needy querist.
For want of time, experts cannot reply many needy querist, and it adds to, if Academic Queries are asked and entertained.

So to all, Please avoid asking Academic Queries in EXPERT site.That much time can be used to advise deserving querist.

You have no right to criticise the experts in the forum.Everyone will have his own views about a query.Actually this is a repeated query from you and I second the answers of Mr.Shroff.
