Interim custody, child is suffering from tb

I had imposed custody case on my wife for my female child who is 2.5 years old. Court gives me time to meet with child in ecah saturday at court premises. Now today when my wife came with child, she says that the child is suffering from TUBARCLOSIS (TB). Please tell me how can I get checked that she is suffering from TB ? Can I treat her in a superspeciality hospital ? Can I get temporary costody for treatment ?

both of you are husband and wife due to some differences both of you are fighting before the court, you can file an application before the court that you are willing to give her better treatment, if she s also ready to do that then accept her application and request too. Life of the Child is more then your fight, (Ego Fight)

Generally law does not have solution for people like you and your wife.
You want legal advise to be certain about the dreaded disease of your child?
Then subsequently you will need legal advise as to how you should be sure of the death of the child?
death of child due to your ego is a reality (may be delayed) inspite of what remedy Mr Qureshi has given you.
After the child dies both of you will be free to live with ego and hatred.
if you people shed your ego the child will certainly be saved the medical technology is well advanced but take it none of you can take care of child single handed howesoever rich you may be)

The solution is to put an application for child tests/ treated under your supervision under Sec 12 of GWA.
In my case also, the child was suffering from Hydronephrosis, the court allowed the child to be taken to the PG Institute for tests to be conducted.
The guardianship court has enormous powers equivalent to a guardian in such matters. It can constitute a medical board as well, if need be.
