Want to know the status of our case

Respected Sir/Madam,

I stay in Bangalore & purchased 1200sqft plot in 2004 & got plot registered and loan sanctioned from IDBI Home Finance against plot purchase,I cleared the loan & now it's time to build the house, But the Earlier land owners have filed the case in court with case no bearing O.S.1765:-/12 survey no 94 Singapura, Bangalore North, Please help how to know about the case details & impact of the same. Iam working in private firm with no legal knowledge.

you should engage local lawyer imnediately. And ask him to defend case. He will do needful for you.

You might have received the notice from the court to appear on a particular date mentioned therein to put your reply. It seems you have not followed the direction of the court and now want to ask the status from us who even do not know the title of your case.

It shall be better for you to bring the notice to any local lawyer of your choice and engage him and then follow his direction.

At the outset you have to engage a local lawyer.He will find out the status of the case.Orelse case details are available on the high court websites.

You have to file a petition to implead in O.S. and before that check whether the said suit affects your property and you. Get the help of local advocate in that court.
