Anticipatory bail

Dear experts anticipatory bail was rejected by the sessions can second AB be filed in sessions or not plz guide me accordingly regarding provision of anticipatory bail.

there is no a.b for some specific offenses., apart from this i agree with shonee sir., that you can file with change of circumstances..
