Buying new flat or resale flat

i am interested to buy a flat which is located at nallasopara west,which was known as loadbarring or collector passing bldg,should i go for buying it?
i am afraid that some of person told me it is illegal construction made by builder,any time it can be distroyed by the goverment or court,
pls suggest me what i do,it is chiper than CIDCO bldg,i have minimum budget.

Try to find out whether it is illegal or not. It depends on your decision whether to go for purchase or not. If you find good building than it, then it is better to go for it.

It shall be better for you to engage a lawyer and take his services for detailed search report which shall consist reply of all prospective questions.

What looks cheaper to day may prove costly tomorrow and then you will be feeling sorry
while your builder might be celebrating parties.
Buying flat ,home,or land involves to know about compliance of several law for which a competent search is required hence you may engage a civil property law lawyer for inquiry to know all you are listening.

There are 100'ss of buildings demolished in Nalla sopara/ Vasai area.
The root cause is beyond our control:: Land ownership disputes, Vested interest of Mr. X , who influencec Local Municipal Body, Scandalous of multi - Crores,
So be very careful:
Thee are multi thousands victims , who went for CHEAP & who lost their home and money!!!, now on road.
I recently issued a notice to a man who was residing before 5 years in a 10x10 zopda in Nalla Sopara , poor , now multi crorepati, own & travel by Mercedes, have Bungalow in Mumbai. All Money earned from people like You. ALL BHAIGIRI THERE!!
