You provide facts you know, and inform your ignorance for allegations raised against you.
You have to present yourself before DSP.

If u feel hv trouble, consult advocate, as guided by Shri Tom.
Advocate. Arunagiri (Expert) 28 January 2012
You can send a letter giving details of your defense and seek for some other date for appearance, if needed.

After dispatching the letter ask your advocate to contact the DSP to know the status of the case and the next date for your appearance.

Instead of providing his answer to the query and stopping there, he is repeatedly saying query after query as under:

"It is suggested to contact me asap or mail me the entire matter to proceed further.

Manoj kumar,
Advocate,
Delhi.
Ph: 09310443650 / 09319220768
Email: advocates.agra@gmail.com"

I find that the above activity of Mr. Manoj is highly unethical practice of "openly soliciting clients", which is prohibited by Bar Council Rules.

Mr. Manoj will be well advised to stop this practice forthwith.

Otherwise, even I myself will be forced to lodge a complaint against him, with the Delhi Bar Council.
Advocate. Arunagiri (Expert) 29 January 2012
Mr.Manoj, please avoid this.

V R SHROFF (Expert) 29 January 2012
Manoj,
Pl accept advise of Arunagiri, Tom & Anirudh:
Let your Name Plate & No, E Mail address on your Office only.

Behave like Advocate.

Do not spoil image of LCI.
"Ye public forum hai, Bazar me khada rahke meri pas avo" kaheneka bazar nahi"

Correct yourself. No one behave this way.
Shailesh Kr. Shah (Expert) 29 January 2012
Visit DSP office and make representation with the help of advocate about whole matter as advised.
