a) Original Agreement
b) Possession letter by builder
C) Xerox copy of completion certificate
d) All payment receipts and no due certificate.

What are other formalities required to be completed if I want to sale my flat.

Nothing though if you register the deed pf sale in your name it would be easier for you to make further transfers.

Is your sale deed registered?
And what about the share cer certificates?

prabhakar singh (Expert) 05 January 2012
a) Original Agreement,if registered and co-operative society formed and registered then all is good,if not all is bad.
V R SHROFF (Expert) 05 January 2012
If it is a Registered Co-op Society[I believe it is not] you need Share Certificate.

If no Society, you need NOC, and Confirmation Letter from Builder, as he will give name of next purchaser while Registering Co-op Society.

I think a lot of views have already been expressed which completely deal with all aspects of the query.
Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 06 January 2012
Society is registered but society committee has not been formed by builder and no share certificate given. Also sale deed and conveyance deed not carried out by builder. Now What is to be done.
Deepak Nair (Expert) 07 January 2012
Now you have to do the needful to obtain the necessary documents.
Do the necessary follow-ups with the builder for registered conveyance deed.
