I am Niyamat. I live in South Delhi at mahipalpur Area. But i want trasfer power of Attorney to my wife plz. give me good Advise this power of Attorney is my home
plz. send me formate of POA. Plz.

Please engage an advocate to do that job. Even if a format is provided to you , your job would not be complete.

if want to transfer house through merely POA only, means no sale deed then it is not advisable to do so.

You should go to the office of Registrar in Lapat nagar and engage a lawyer for this purpose or also can take the service of Deed-writer for getting the executing of POA but this shall nto be a transfer of the property as it has now been banned.

By way of Power of Attorney, you can give power to your wife to doe certain things to your property. But to transfer the property, you shall execute a gift deed in her favour.
If you want to issue POA, with intentino to manage the property or sell the property to somebody else, then the POA is required to be registered.
Therefore, it is advisable to appoint a lawyer to give you appropriate advise and services.
