sir, i and my friends formed a society, under the society we are runnig the jr college.while runnig the college disputes arose between the partners.some of the directors forged my(and one of my director) sign and deleted our name from the society.with out notice they submitted new body to registrar and formed a new body.AT THIS STAGE WHAT I DO ?. PLS GIVE ME A SOLUTION.THEY CREATED A FORGED DOCUMENT.

You can complain to registrar of society and start criminal proceedings for forging the documents.

This is normally happens in cooprative sector and if majority not with you all other actions will be on paper only.

As earlier advised file a FIR against all those persons under the provisions of section 420/467/468/471/120B IPC and also file a civil suit seeking setting aside all illegal proceeding.
