CAN WE KEEP EMPLOYEES IN THE MUSTER ROLL WHO'S BASIC SALARY IS UNDER RS. 6500/- AND TILL HOW MUCH TIME CAN WE KEEP THEM OUT OF PF DEDUCTION.

though it below or equal to Rs 6500, the pf deduction is about 12% of the basic amount of salary.
but if it is above Rs 6500, the pf deduction is restricted to about 12% of Rs 6500 only.
