Review petition

sir,as per my knowledge generally no hearing takes place in review petition & only matter is circulated to judges in chamber.Am i true???if yes then is it done on listing date??Also does judge take decision on listing date on the basis of matter circulated or reserve judgement for some future date.

On thing more I would like say is that you have heard mostly the wrong things.
