In my State stamp of Rs. 25/- is required for such suit. You can make enquiry for the State wherein such suit is to be filed from local lawyers.

The pith and substance of your relief is grant of permenant injunction. Pay court fee accordingly. The heading of your query is hurting. Avoid using such language when approaching the experts for advice.

Dear siri , house wife.... ? that is why you think this site is also your house. in tamil ,siri means 'laugh'. so i laugh at you. because you do not understand the scope of this site. so , please first change the title . Even after your dictating, experts answer here show our generosity and Generousness. communication is very strong weapon. this is for your kind information. By the way, first you have to pray for title declaration. there may be separate court fee according to state. then only you can pray for permanent injunction decree against defendant . there may be also separate court fee according to state. now clear your doubt.
