Holding of a land

Dear Sir/Madam,
My Family is staying for more then 25 years on a land in Hyderabad but we do not have any documents for that land (no registration). In fact most of the people in that area do not hold any legal documents. We have electricity, water line and a house # as well. I want to legally register my land as per the rules of Govt of AP.
Could some one please guide on this.

I do not think you could get any registered document unless the lands where you are residing belongs to the Govt. and it grants Patta with regard to that.
Unless somebody disputes the title you need not do anything.
If such thing happens then you take plea of adverse possession.

It is better you sit cool as you have been so far.
Else if it belongs to government you will invite unnecessary bargain of executive.When every body is without paper and the land is owned by government then it would be not possible for them to evict you all,its there political compulsion that they would themselves offer for its regularization.
I guess less as a chance that the land could be of any private owner on which so much gentry has entered to occupy the land have also constructed houses.
In any case even if my guess goes wrong and it emerges to belong any individual his success to evict any of you there would be his last dream.
So you need not worry.

i agree with experts after lapse of 25 years you cant get regsitered document of said property . you dont have any documents of title

you are advised to hire local lawyer, who is expert in property matters. Ask him to inspect records relating to your land. there may be chance that land has been purchased by your father/grand father. After getting report from lawyer, you can come from advise again.
